Evaluation of the Land Consolidation Project in Denizli Tavas-Kızılca Neighborhood

This study was carried out to determine the cultural and technical effects of the land consolidation project implemented in Kızılca District of Tavas District within the scope of Denizli Province Acıpayam and Barza Plain Land Consolidation and On-Field Development Services Project.
The effects of private enterprises in the Kızılca unit on the number of parcels per enterprise, consolidation rate, enterprise size, parcel shape, boundary losses, shareholding status, enterprises’ access to the road network, the necessity of planned drainage to the region and the land yield after consolidation were investigated.
