In this study, it is aimed to investigate the benefits of land consolidation application to the industrial area. The benefits of meeting the transportation route of the Gemerek Organized Industrial Zone, which is adjacent to the study area of the “Sivas 4th Part Land Consolidation Project and In-Field Development Services”, from the Regulatory Partnership Share (DOP) in terms of fragmentation and expropriation have been examined.
Thanks to consolidation, the fragmentation of agricultural land is prevented. In addition, it was determined that public investment costs were reduced without expropriation.
