This study was carried out to determine the cultural technical effects of the land consolidation project implemented in Kızılca District of Tavas District within the scope of Acıpayam and Barza Plain Land Consolidation and On-Farm Development Services Project in Denizli.
The effect of the personal enterprises in the Kizilca unit on the number of parcels per enterprise, the aggregation rate, the size of the business, the parcel shape, the border losses, the state of ownership, the transportation of the enterprises to the road network, the necessity of the planned drainages to the region and the land yield after consolidation were investigated.
